Re: i don't have the wherewithall to complain
Tue, July 11, 2006 - 2:45 PMI am no longer dating A Burner. It has been a very quiet few months, what with not having to listen to plans for the big fund-raising party, and plans for the theme camp, and plans for the costumes and the food and the showers and.....you get my point. He and I will be working together on a theater project right after That Thing In The Desert is over, so I will once again get to hear how wonderful and life-changing it all was. Don't get me wrong, I still adore this man and consider him one of my dearest friends in the world but please!!! The other 50 weeks of the year should not revolve around the two weeks you spend at Burning Man and truthfully, how many times can it actually "change" your life? -

Re: i don't have the wherewithall to complain
Sat, July 15, 2006 - 12:29 AMThat is hi- larious! good one on you!
for real....i have only briefly had an inkling of interest in that thing in the desert. it just doesn't appeal to me at all -- well except for the art. i'm glad people love it though -- you gotta have something to love..i guess.
cheers,
